Shipping & Delivery


1. Shipping Methods:

System will figure out shipping fee according to the weight of the order.

Customer could choose the shipping way when Check Out.

How to place order?

2. Delivery Time:

  • Express(DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, Aramex or Special-line):

4-8 workdays normally, please refer to check out page.

  • Mail Post:

Usually 12-25 workdays (please refer to check out page). No Guarantee.

If you only order several items as samples and you don’t care about the delivery time, you can choose the mail post service. It is cheap! But it is UNSTABLE and we cannot guarantee delivery dates as the mail post system is far more than our control. If the tracking via Mail Post didn’t be updated for more than 2 months. We could resend the order again. Thank you so much for your kind understanding!

Note: Customs clearance can add the delivery time if your package is held up or checked by local customs.

3. Shipping Costs:

International shipping costs are based on a combination of three factors:

  • The shipping method/carrier chosen;
  • The weight and dimensions of package;
  • The destination country or region shipped.

4. Where will you ship your products?

With the convenient transport, we can ship to all over the world right now. If you want us to ship by other shipping company that was not listing on our website, please contact us.

5. How long will my order take to be received?

It usually takes about 1-3 business days to prepare an order after payment received.

The delivery time depends on the shipping options you choose when you order.

6. Please define a “Business Days” or “Working Days”.

It is from Monday to Friday with the exclusion of any holidays. Saturday, Sunday and any China National holidays ARE NOT business days.

7. How do I know that my item has shipped?

We will inform you when your order is shipped. We’ll send you an email with tracking number, so you can track your package’s location in real time. Or, click “My Account”, you could check the tracking number as well. If for some reason you do not receive the confirmation email or have additional questions, please contact us as soon as possible.

*It takes 2-4 days to have tracking number come out after shipment.

8 . Does your price include duties or VAT? How much tax do I need to pay?

No, the price of our products does not include any duties or VAT. We just charge you goods cost and shipping cost. if you are charged of a VAT, you just need to pay it to your customs.

In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties when importing goods. Sometimes order under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.

Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can’t calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipper or sending a gift item to someone directly, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

If you have questions about duties and taxes, we encourage you to contact your local customs bureau or post office.

9. What about damaged shipments?

We always do double check your beads or jewelry before packing. And we try our best to pack each order to avoid the damage. Sometimes goods are damaged during long distance shipping.

If your package shows breakage when receipt, please attempt to open it in the presence of the driver or at least bring it to his/her attention when signing for the item. Also, you need to weigh the packages you received in case some items dropped out during transportation. Please call the delivery company and tell them about the case. Meanwhile, please contact us immediately. We will need 3 information:

  1. Your Order Number (you can find it in “My Account”).
  2. Shipping Tracking Number.
  3. Please take some pictures of the damaged product.

We will follow up your case accordingly.

10. Can I return product?

According to our return policy, you may return any item within 7 business days after the receipt of your goods for refund or replacement. This guarantee does not apply to customized orders, special order or pieces that have been modified per customer request.

11. Are delivery dates guaranteed?

No. Because circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. For example, unsuccessful delivery attempts, bad weather delays, incorrect addresses, etc., and there is no refunds will be issued under these circumstances. But usually the goods are delivered within expected time.

12. What will happen if I give an incorrect shipping address?

Unfortunately, your order will probably not get to its destination in time if you provide an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us because of an address problem, we will reship the package to you again. You will be charged for the additional shipping fees.
PLEASE double check your address before ordering! And make sure that you include apartment or suite numbers if necessary.
