Return Policy & Guarantee


1. What is your Return Policy & Guarantee?

DearBeads strives to provide the finest quality beads or jewelry products at the lowest wholesale prices. We guarantee every item we sell.

But If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return any item within 7 business days after the receipt of the order for refund or replacement. This guarantee does not apply to customized orders, special order or pieces that have been modified per customer’s request.

 

Defective Products

All defective products can be refunded, and we will also be responsible for the return shipping fee and shipping fee (from China to your country). Please make sure to confirm the appropriate shipping method with our service team before return.

Non-defective Products

Non-defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory, please apply within 7 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused.

The handling charges are not-refundable. When you return any item, please send an e-mail to us firstly to indicate your order/item number, the reason for the return, then you will get our return address. Once we receive & check the returned package, you should expect your return processed within 48 hours.

 

How to return your Items?

All products returned to DearBeads must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach DearBeads without damage and please note that the parcel is for “return products”.

1). Please contact customer service at [email protected] to get the “return form”, fill out all the information and send the return items, otherwise your return is hard to be processed.

2). Keep the item on original package, wrap the package carefully.

3). Declare the package as “Return Goods”, which will help avoid customs fee.

4). Arrange the return.

5). Please provide us tracking number and tracking website.

Note:

a. Each Natural Stone Beads is Unique. There will be tiny different in shape, color, quantity and weight for some products in each lot.

b. Due to variations in computer monitors, the actual color of our products may differ from what you see on different screen. If you have any questions about a particular product or about our store, feel free to Contact Us.

 

2. What if the color of the item received does not match the color of the item in the photo on your web site?

We have made our best efforts to accurately display the colors of our products; however the actual color you see will depend on your monitor that may not be accurate. And color of each lot may be vary because of the uniqueness of natural minerals.

You can return any items with the packing, invoice and so on within 1 week upon reception if you are not completely satisfied.

 

3. Do you sell to anyone else in my neighborhood?

We do beads or jewelry wholesaling nationwide and international, but our customers remain confidential.

 

4. Do you guarantee that my customers will like the merchandise that I pick out, and that I will make money?

We wish we could, but no one could make this promise. The merchandise you select and your marketing strategy is your area of responsibility, What we can do is that we will try our best to meet your request; but whether products will be popular in your market is another story of your local station.

 

5. What is the grade of your product?

There is no uniformed grade standard in international market. We don’t grade each product.

If necessary, our products are graded by DearBeads and these grades do not reflect any standardized grading scale.
