Order Information

1. How long does it usually take to process orders?

It normally takes about 1-3 business days to prepare your order after receiving payment. However, if some goods in your order are out of stock, it takes some time for the factory to produce them. We will keep you updated with the status of your order and will email you if there are some products are out of stock.

2. How can I know the status of my order?

You can check the status of the order on your account. Our customer services representatives will also keep you updated with the status of your order by sending you emails.

3. Can we always declare low?

We’re sorry but can’t always declare low like under $50, because your order value may be much higher than this and declaring that low value would not be feasible.

Provided the value of your order / type/ quantity of the items is suitable for a declaration under $50, we will do our best to help you with this.

If you need advice about whether a particular declared value is deemed possible, before you pay, you can check out an order and submit a ticket with your order number. We will then look at the contents of your order and your country and assess what declared value is sensible.

4. Does your price include duties or VAT How much tax do I need to pay?

No, the price of our products does not include any duties or VAT. We just charge you goods cost and shipping cost. if you are charged of a VAT, you just need to pay it to your customs.

In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties when importing goods. Sometimes order under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.

Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can’t calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipper or sending a gift item to someone directly, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

If you have questions about duties and taxes, we encourage you to contact your local customs bureau or post office.
