1 . How to place an order?

There are two methods to place an order with DearBeads:

  • Order online with shopping cart:
    • 1. Add anything you want to purchase into your shopping cart.
    • 2. Fill in necessory information such as shipping address, phone number and receipt name.
    • 3. System will figure out shipping fee according to the weight of the order.
    • 4. Pay.
    • 5. You will receive a confirmation email.
    • 6. Waiting your order to be shipped(tracking number will be provided.)
  • Email ordering: Please email us the detailed information of what you want to order including item number, quantity, shipping address etc. We will tell you the total cost after receiving your order via email.

Our suggestion: You can make your order via either above methods. However, we think it is better to place your order online through website as it is easier to process and expedite your order. Moreover, you can check the details and the status of your order in your account on our website if you place order through DearBead with shopping cart.

2 . How to do if I forgot my password?

Click on the “Log in” link, go to the “Lost your password?”, and fill in your email address. Click on the “Reset password” button. And then you will receive an email immediately to reset your password.

3 . What are the benefits of registering with DearBeads?

As registered member you can conveniently make online orders, inquiries at DearBeads. And you can avoid the hassle of repeatedly keying in the same information for your future online purchase from this website.
