1. Are all your products available in stock?

Our stock changes every day as we also sell off-line in China. we can’t guarantee all the products are in stock.

2. What can I do if I can’t find the items I want?

If you don’t find the items you want in our website, please email us pictures with detailed specification. We will follow up and confirm the availability, stock, price and the estimate shipping date from China. Our team will make our best to satisfy you.

3. I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click on the “Log in” link, go to the “Lost your password?”, and fill in your email address. Click on the “Reset password” button. And then you will receive an email immediately to reset your password.

4. How can I know the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order including the real-time preparation information from ‘My Order’ of your account on our website.

*Due to shipping method, all international orders tracking will take 1-3 business days to appear.

5. Can I change what I have ordered into other product after placing an order online?

Yes you can, but you need to notify us before we send out! You also need to provide the SKU of the product you don’t want and the SKU that you want instead. We will send e-mail to you for confirmation. And if necessary, we will recalculate the total charge because the product weight and delivery fee may be different.

6. Do your company provide free sample?

Normally we don’t provide free samples.
You’re welcome to place a small trial order firstly in order to check our service & product quality.

7. How long does it take to ship my order from China to my country?

It depends on the delivery method you choose.
All the express delivery methods take about 6-7 working days to arrive;
E Express: 5-9 working days;
MAIL Post: 15-25 working days;

8. Can we pay the shipping in the destination?

Yes, if you have your own shipping account such as DHL or Fedex account. Please noted we don’t accept UPS account.

9. How do I save on shipping?

Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. In that case, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized. If you can wait longer, please choose shipping method like post, it will be much cheaper.

10. Do you ship to PO Box?

The shipment via express delivery methods Such as UPS, DHL, Fedex can not be sent to PO Box address.

11. Why your prices are low?

All of our products are manufacturer by own factories. Thus, we are able to provide the benefit of wholesale to our customers up to a certain extent. NO more agent, NO more trader.

There is no uniformed grade standard in international market. We don’t grade each product.

If necessary, our products are graded by DearBeads and these grades do not reflect any standardized grading scale.
