1. If you don’t find the items you want in our website, please email us pictures with detailed specification. We will follow up and confirm the availability, stock, price and the estimate shipping date from China. Our team will try our best to satisfy you.
2. Matte Services: If you would like to order matte stone beads that is not on stock or not listed in our website, please feel free to contact us.
Most of polished beads could be matted. Minimum order quantity is 10 strands for each SKU, free of charge.
3. Faceting Services: Most of stone could be faceted cutting. Minimum Order Quantity is 50 strands for each SKU. Please contact us for more details.
4. Any custom bracelet of your own style is accpeted, please provide us with photo, size and quantity. contact us for quotation!
